Below are some pictures of last night's storm. It was pretty wild and dramatic...love it.
Below: The storm-watching dog. He stares at the oncoming storm, hoping for some good thunder to get him all riled up to chew on is pacifier-tennis ball.
The kids: feeling "excited and scared" with all the roiling clouds and thunder and lightning...Wildkid was very concerned about tornadoes and wildfires...
Great shots! Looks like a real-enough storm to me. I think that's the storm that delayed my family's take-off in Denver, then diverted their airplane away from St. Louis. Nice.

Now, those clouds look dramatic!
"Stand fast! Secure the rigging!"
And is it just me or does that last shot look super-imposed?
Tell him I will put out the fire!!
Isn't it funny that we all like to run OUTSIDE when a storm is coming!
Absolutely! Love to run outside. Just sign me Storm Watcher. Great photos. Ours down here was not that dramatic.
You are all invited to come out for a REAL thunderstorm here. AT needs some storm chasers to chase with =).
